We just got our new system

We just got our new system and so far so very good! Came out last night presented the packages, seemed far too good to pass up. Appointment was set for today for the install, window one hour not 1/2 of a day like everyone else. Installer showed up early was very professional as were the two sales people who came to our door the night before. Everything was just as presented. Had a great feeling and I am a tough one having been in outside sales for 34 years myself. I would recommend giving them a call and you be the judge.

Alliance Security

Alliance Security illegally calls my work phone with sales pitches and offers that I have no interest in. My work phone is on the National Do Not Call list, but Alliance Security doesn't care. This is not a reputable company and I would avoid them. If they are willing to break the law to get your business, how can they be trusted to do their job correctly? No thanks!

NOT WORTH THE STRESS

NOT WORTH THE STRESS! I have never been so frustrated over something that should offer me piece of mind. I have had an account with Alliance security for sometime now and have been having nothing but the hardest time. Every time you call its a 30 + minute wait for any assistance unless you want to open an account with them (ironic). I have been trying to get a technician out to us for Months now and i am not exaggerating and have been only hitting dead ends. Today i had scheduled yet another appointment and much to my dismay the technician did not show up. No phone call was made i had to call out of work for nothing. I began calling Alliance technical support and they are the rudest / most uninformed people i have ever dealt with in my life. They would hang up mid conversation. Gave me extension numbers to reach them out personally and i say THEM because it was 4 different technical support associate that i spoke to in one day and i got nowhere. They give you their extensions but when you call back they dont answer. They dont call back when they say they will. Not only is communication with this company so impossible but when you do finally get a hold of someone their lack of professional communication amongst themselves is so off that you get NOWHERE. I dont know why i have been having such a hard time i envy those who are happy with this company because im at the point where i have ORDERED the system and monitors with cameras and sensors to all be removed from my home. Im done GOOD LUCK to whoever reads this and decides to go through with them.

They are the WORST!

They are the WORST! First off the salesperson came on my moms birthday and I said we were busy however he stayed until 10pm, we said we wanted to think about it, he ordered install. We were told that there was NO contract, now being told we are stuck in a 5 year contract. We were promised coverages we NEVER got. I could never get a hold of anyone, they couldn't take out direct deposit on time and over drew my account. I had the system unplugged for 3 months now and NO one called to see why system was offline

Couldn't be more pleased with this company and their product. Easy to install and customer service is fantastic.

I have been using this system for 2 years...

I have been using this system for 2 years, work perfectly and customer service is great. Their service can't be beat. If you need to add to your system order the item when it arrives. Go to your desktop program name and add the items to your system. It is just that easy.

I purchased the older system 2.0...

I purchased the older system 2.0 in November 2016, we had no problems except the keypad entry was small and not backlit. When the new system 3.0 came out I upgraded to it this January, it is night and day easier to install, the base station tells you by name if there are any open sensors, also the mobile app works ten times faster than the old one. Customer service lacks a lot, messages aren't returned and it takes a long time for someone to answer, once answered I was pleased with the help I received.

Excellent and easy installation

Excellent and easy installation, runs off battery, recognized by local police dept and 15.99 per month. We have had our system 3 yrs and feel very secure.

Good instructions for installing and setting the options in the SimpliSafe website. Easy to install DIY systems with good array of optional devices. Quick responses to alarms.

They did what they needed to and helped all that they could...

They did what they needed to and helped all that they could. When I called they could have been a little nicer and more professional. They were efficient and fast and answered any question that I had. Very professional and not weird. Since it's scary to have someone come into your house I wasn't scared. Pretty good system and monitoring is definitely recommend to others. Very good value. It's great. Would def recommend to others cause I love it so so so much. I really do I feel so freaking safe.
